Orchard Tree Consulting offers From Insight to Impact: An AI Adoption Partnership Package.  This  packaged service guides HR teams through four key stages of AI adoption. Each phase is customised to your needs and has defined activities and outcomes, ensuring transparency and steady progress so that you see results at each step along the way.

1. Discovery

We begin by understanding your current state, goals for AI use in HR and pain points which AI is suited to solve. This includes:  

  • Executive and frontline HR employee workshops to identify high-impact areas
  • Development of a list of initial AI use-case ideas with a focus on quick wins  
  • Measures of success and feasibility to show the potential return on investment

2. Design

We move to a deep-dive into the top AI use case(s) in HR, mapping out requirements, identifying staff up-skilling needs and measures of success.  This includes:  

  • A solution blueprint for the top AI use cases, including process changes, AI model or tool selection, and a data preparation plan  
  • A pilot plan with a defined scope, timeline, resources and success measures

3. Pilot
